I reached out to support and a supervisor advised me the emails and popup in app about completing your application is a glitch. DO NOT COMPLETE the steps. Force close your app, clear cache in app manager, wait 5 minutes and reopen your app. If you are logged in don't log out until this is fixed or it may cause more problems.. H0524 008
