Remove the seven (7) screws holding the septum in place using a Phillips-head screwdriver: Remove the two screws holding the backup battery bracket in place. Set the bracket to the side. Unplug the red and black wires from the battery at the quick disconnects. Set the battery aside. Remove the 9 screws from the bottom of the base.
