Have a Knight with a slotted breech plug and no Combination tool. The nipple is for #11 percussion cap and is not hex, it has 2 flat sides. I removed the breech plug with a drift punch and careful taps. The slots are in good condition. I did not try to remove the nipple because the nipple and plug looks like it might be one piece.I have some of these breech plugs around. Have the hex headed ones and also maybe some of the slotted headed ones for the 50 caliber.They also fit the older 54 cal MK-85 with the early smaller breech plug. Usually get $10 each plus $5 shipping.The bare breech plug and matching plunger are a much better set up for the early MK 85 rifles. I am hoping someone with a newer rifle upgraded from the 209 bare breech plug, to the 209 disk system, and will part with the 209 bare breech plug set up..
