2024 Color scheme revit

Hi All, The Color Fill Legend tool seems pretty easy in theory. I have it set to color by name, and in the "Edit Color Scheme" dialogue, I have a nice list of all the rooms and their colors. However, when I click out of it, only the stairs are colored. Initial thoughts: Is it a view range thing - because the stairs. Kjct 8
